2. Object
These terms govern the sale of flight tickets and related services offered by Nova Voyages to private customers residing in the European Union.
3. Booking and payment
The booking becomes firm once a 50 € per person deposit is paid. The balance is paid according to the agreed schedule, no later than a few days before the departure date. All terms are recalled on the signed quote.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros, airport taxes included unless otherwise stated. Airline fare changes may require an adjustment before ticket issuance, which will be sent to you for approval.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation or change conditions depend on the fare negotiated with the airline. They are communicated in writing before any payment. Postponement or partial refund options may apply.
6. Liability
Nova Voyages acts as an intermediary between the traveller and the airlines. Our liability is limited to the proper execution of the booking. Carriage conditions remain those of the airline.
7. Claims and applicable law
Any complaint must be sent to us in writing within 30 days of return. These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
