First name, last name, phone, email, requested dates and destinations, and any information you share by message. We do not store any banking data: payments go through certified providers.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to handle your travel request, keep you posted on your file, and follow up commercially. No resale, no advertising profiling.
Retention
Your data is kept as long as needed to handle your travel and meet our legal obligations (typically 5 years for accounting). You can ask for early deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, write to contact@novavoyages.be. In case of disagreement, you can refer the matter to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
