How do I book a flight?
Fill in the homepage search form or call us directly. We come back within 24h with a fare and a payment plan.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card, SEPA bank transfer, PayPal, Bancontact, cryptocurrency, and cash at the office by appointment.
How does the installment payment work?
A 50 € per person deposit secures the price, then the balance is split over several payments, up to a few days before departure.
Before departure
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your nationality and your destination. We flag the formalities at quote time and point you to the right contacts.
Which documents should I prepare?
Valid passport (often 6 months past return date), ticket, vaccination certificate if required, and proof of accommodation.

During and after the trip
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Contact us on WhatsApp, we handle the rerouting with the airline. Our support is reachable outside office hours for emergencies.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on the fare and the airline, yes. We tell you the conditions clearly before booking. See the Flight changes page.
